Mindfulness Mediatation

Mindfulness meditation, which cultivates awareness of the present moment and clears the mind of other thoughts, may help to counteract the very human problem of being unable to say “enough is enough.” Whether that means being unable to get out of a destructive relationship, repeatedly making bad financial decisions, or even continuing to eat when you know you’re full, meditation can help you make better decisions.
