Self Meditation 76

An exercise to help you let go of control first helps you define your reliance on control and also the path of habit.
Let whoever usually leads during close dancing to follow instead.
Let whoever usually initiates sex to be the recipient instead.
Soften your belly and surrender during this exercise.

Be mindful of the implication of karma and your own intention to purify your actions.
Every morning, your first thought can be a wish to devote the day to the good of all living beings.
