SELF-ACTUALIZATION IS NOT SELF-REALIZATION
A Self-Actualized person focuses on what their needs are, how to systematically obtain them, and how each individual should interact with each other.
A Self-Realized person understands that needs and proper interactions are only as temporary as this physical existence. Thus, overtly seeking them keeps one from NIRVANA.
